I'm in my mid 60's and not quite tech savvy. They were being pretty comprehensive and affected individual describing what is actually going on in my account and what paperwork i should really mail and so forth. They would go away me a voicemail just to help keep me current with my account position and when payments owing etc. Remarkably advisable.P
